All beers that are in our offer are produced in the best Croatian craft breweries. Carefully selected, completely natural beer, produced from the finest high-quality yeast, hops and barley malts, without preservatives and additives.
Barba Extra Hoppy Edition Chinook is hopped version of Barba Pale Alea, with focus on hop Chinook, which was added at the end. One of the American classics, Chinook is used for bitterness and aroma, which among other things carries notes of grapefruit, spices and pine.
Houblon is a beer with fresh and light fruit hops aroma rounded with full-flavored domestic malt. Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with a smaller share of hop bitterness, intended for easy enjoyment and drinking.
Huncut is hopped lager, dark golden color and thick foam. It has aroma of hops and citrus, orange and lemon. Exceptional smoothness and stronger bitterness.
India Pale Ale
The Garden Brewery
Inspired by the I.P.A’s of the American North East. Pour golden in colour, with a slight haze and a lingering tight, white head. On the aroma you are greeted straight away with notes of pine, peach and passionfruit. On the palate apricot and naval orange shine through with a well-balanced bitterness backed up by a subtle sweetness from the south pacific hops and the unique yeast we use. Full bodied and medium carbonation make this IPA surprisingly easy to drink.
Into The Rye IPA
In The Rye IPA is a rye ale beer. Special selection of hops give this beer a citrus, fruity and herbal aromas, while peppery spice notes were obtained from rye.
Istrian processing (Istrian Pale Ale) of Indian Pale Ale, produced from barley malt, with a small proportion of wheat, a mix of American hops who are giving intense and interesting scent which contributes a significant amount of hops added by method of dry hopping. Amber color with abundant, creamy and stable foam, the smell of hops reminds of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and flowers. Closes mild bitterness remind of grapefruit peel. This IPA beer is not focused only on the hop (East Kent Golding, Chinook and Amarillo) but also on barley malt (3 different types of distinctive barley).
